Hello Schwaben Parents,

We are happy to announce we are hosting a powerful presentation on "WHAT IS THE ROLE OF TODAY'S SOCCER PARENTS". This session is actually continuing education for parents as it relates to more than just sports in today's society. The discussion will be interactive, stimulating and filled with great information. Research reveals amazing facts about how parents across the country are raising their kids today and why our behaviors are holding back our children's emotional growth. This session helps parents to understand why their desire to talk to coaches about playing time, yell at officials, or coach from the sideline are impeding the development of their favorite soccer player in the world, their own son or daughter.

Please note this is a MANDATORY PARENT EDUCATION NIGHT for all parents. April 11th: Registration 5:15 - 5:45pm, Presentation 6pm - 7:15pm Schwaben Banquet Hall - 301 N Weiland Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089

We have an additional practice and game vs the Schwaben AC first team on December 20th from 3-5pm at the Odeum. The first team coach will lead a practice including our U17/18 players. John will coach you during the game. Please let me know if you are unable to participate!

Below is the shoe policy for our indoor facilities. Also it will be mandatory for all players to wear a hat during the winter season especially when you leave the gym/facility after practice. Thanks,

Schwaben has scheduled a college recruiting seminar with Rob Kettle on December 7th at 8:30pm. Rob has an extensive background as a college coach and is now a college recruiting advisor in the Chicagoland area. The workshop will cover the process and insight into college recruitment as well as answering any questions you may have. All U13 - U18 Boys and Girls as well as their parents are invited to join the workshop.
